China Medical University

Scanned copies of the graduation certificate and transcript of the highest degree obtained: The candidate has to get xerox copies of his/her graduation certificate and the transcript followed by their highest degree. These documents should be signed and checked by the Taiwan Embassy or Taiwan representative nearest to you before the enrollment. 
4. Official bank statements: Bank statements are considered must check the financial ability of the candidate that they are able to pay the future funds or not. The conditions of the university require to have 10,000 US Dollars in the candidate’s bank account. 
5. A study schedule or plan was written by the candidate in English or Chinese. 
6. Candidate must give at least two recommendation letters and provide the contact information of the recommenders while applying. After the submission of the application, a direct mail will be sent to the recommenders and they will require to complete the procedure of recommendation letter. 
7. Nationality proof

   • The candidate should provide the xerox copy of his/her birth certificate.

   • A xerox copy of the candidate’s passport.

   • Xerox copies of the parents’ passports. 

8. Candidate should also submit the documents which are required by the institute.
