Till the year 2018 students were allowed to go abroad after filling the eligibility form with MCI but from 2019 onwards they are allowed to go abroad only after qualifying the NEET (National Entrance cum Eligibility Test). Presently NMC (National Medical Commission) is the central Govt appointed Governing body is controlling the Medical education (MBBS) in India and for Abroad also. NMC has replaced MCI.
