We provide free counseling indoor and out the door.

Indoor - starts from individuals call to organizing seminars at Hotels and other public places where people can reach easily. We provide good seating arrangements along with refreshments to all invites.

Outdoor- We conduct seminars and other awareness programs outside at different cities in different states. for that adequate preparation is made in advance.

We create enough awareness among the participants during seminars by showing the clip f all the collages in television giving full detail of the city in which medical university exits. College buildings and campus, their hospitals and facilities, hostel building and food, etc. Apart from this, we provide the fee details of each medical university, mode of payment, expenses on food and hostel of each medical university and also about health and hygiene, climate and sports, etc.

1. During individual meetings in counseling or collative meeting during seminars. we provide the information regarding passport preparation, about the document needed for passport and procedure to apply for a passport.
2. Those who are in need of an education loan, we inform them about govt. policy and process to obtain loans from public sector banks in India. We also provide necessary parers to facilitate the loan.
3. Legalization of documents - translation of documents like mark sheet, certificate and medical papers in the Russian language. We also assist them in their medical tests required for the Visa application.

When all documents including Visa and Air tickets are finalized and kept ready batch by batch consisting of 25 and above students, we call them in Delhi in 2 days in advance. Prior to their move towards the destination Russia. During the period of two days, we organized a get together along with parents also and reply their all the queries and inform them of the details of the city and medical university in which they have taken admission. We also advise them to purchase necessary clothing require in a cold place like Russia plus medicine frequently used by some people for cough and cold, allergy, fever and body pains, etc.

We help and guide the students to purchase forex particularly USD either from Bank of from a reputed money changer and a proper entry of purchase of USD is made on the passport so that money held with the student is always legal.
We also tell them to keep their ATM card master card which can help them to withdraw foreign currency from any country. Wherever Indian banks can transfer the tuition fee and other charges directly to the medical university of Russia we also guide them to act accordingly.

Parents are always welcome to go and see their wards in Russia in the same medical university where they are studying. Parents can even move along their wads during their first visit at the time of admission. We arrange their journey to Russia and them to get their Visa a, air ticket, airport pickup in Russia and taking them to the lace of their stay, their visit and meeting in universities. We also arrange their return journey to India from Russia after their visit.
