Kyiv Medical University of UAFM is a one of the higher medical institution that was founded in the year 1992. Kyiv Medical University of UAFM invites the students to study the various courses MBBS in Ukraine. Kyiv Medical University of UAFM is accredited by the ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine at the IV level which is the highest level and the license of this university is to provide educational services like MBBS in Ukraine to students that includes foreign students too. The students doing MBBS in Ukraine is recognised by most of the medical council of many countries. At Kyiv Medical University of UAFM, there are approximately 200 highly qualified teachers to provide the quality education to the students. At today’s point of time, the number of university graduates is about 3000 people and from them about 1800 people are students at the moment, there is about 15% are foreign students which are from 45 different countries.

For the training of the students all the necessary conditions have been created so that the student doesn’t face any problem at Kyiv Medical University of UAFM. The total is of the premises of this university where the educational process take place is 12000m2. There are several departments such as fundamental department are located at the university’s campuses. Also, the clinical departments are located in the universities premises as well as at the best medical institutions of Kyiv Medical University of UAFM. If an average is considered of consultation of the patients at the university is 30 thousand and that is also provided by the highly qualified medical assistance per year by the university staff. There are also base clinical departments that fully meet the modern requirements of the patients. With the help of the modern technology, students and interns can observe all the clinical activities of the physicians in the real time and that too sitting at their desks in their lecture hall or classrooms. Also, the free preventive examinations are also organized for the students. At this university there is a library that has more than 55 thousand books and also reading rooms to read the books silently. All the students that are Ukrainian or foreign students all the accommodation facilities are provided at the university hostel. In the year 2015, the university became a member of the project that was organised by the UNO and the Government of Japan. The departments under these project material and technical base were updated.

The Kyiv Medical University of UAFM provides the students a state of diploma of higher medical education to its graduates. The structure of the Kyiv Medical University of UAFM is:

• Faculty of Medicine: The speciality of this faculty is medicine and the qualification are of medical doctor. The period of training in this faculty is of 6 years.
• Dental Faculty: the speciality of this faculty is dentistry and the qualification are of a dentist. The period of training in this faculty is of 5 years.
• Faculty of pharmacy: the speciality of this faculty is Pharmacy and the qualification is of specialist. The period of training in this faculty is of 5 years.

Education at Kyiv Medical University of UAFM

Education at this university is carried out according to the curriculum and the state standard program that are made but these also include all the additional study subjects that are from the list of the alternative medicine. Such subjects are pharmacognosy, herbal medicine, chiropractic, homeopathy, reflexology and others. Since the year 2005, the Kyiv Medical University of UAFM is an official testing centre of ETS (Educational Testing Services) exams TOEFL IBT I SAT.
