Admission procedure for LSMU:

Before taking admission to LSMU do check the tuition fee details in order to prevent future problems. Following is the step by step process to get admission in this medical university.

1. Application Process: You need to scan your following documents and email them to the university’s email address.
   • International passport with your personal details.
   • Birth certificate
   • School certificate
   • Filled application form (you can also fill the application form online)
   • In case you want to take admission to a master’s or Ph.D., you need to send a scanned copy of the graduation certificate.

3. The admission procedure starts: Once you receive a confirmation letter, the student needs to pay application fees and DHL charges as per their course within a period of one month.    • Original invitation letter from LSMU
   • Birth certificate (translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public and Ukrainian embassy)

   • Medical certificate (translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public and Ukrainian embassy and health ministry)
   • HIV negative certificate (translated into Ukrainian language and legalized by Notary Public and Ukrainian embassy and health ministry)
   • Travel and health insurance which covers insurance of one year for a traveling period to any country.
   • Scholarship letter if you’ve applied and received it.
   • Bank statement in order to provide the financial ability of the student.
   • 12 passport size photographs (size 3*4 cm)
   • Two-way air ticket is valid for one year.
