Those students who have studied and passed their 10+2 exam with physics, maths, and chemistry but they appeared in 10+2 exam again with single-subject I,e biology and passed the exam, are also eligible to study MBBS in India and abroad. Though it is mandatory on the part of students to pass their 10+2 exam in a single sitting with physics, chemistry, and biology with a minimum 50% in the case of General category and 40% in the case of the reserved category along with English as a subject in their 10+2 exam. Some states like UP and Rajasthan allow those students to appear in a single subject as a private candidate in the board examination who have already passed their 10 + 2 exam earlier.
